     About...

      Me... I'm a photographer because I enjoy photographs. Since my childhood I have been fascinated with images and collected so many I can hardly store them all. I have always made photos, but only in the last five years have I begun to seriously explore the artistic side of photography. After the first year of this quest for photographic satisfaction I decided to return to school and earn a BA in Visual Art. Being a student of the Visual Arts has given me a new outlook on images, and also an additional interest in sculpture. I intend to continue my photography full time as well as my sculpture . This website is brand new for me, I generally put my work in shows or contests. It will be growing and changing over the years, much as my photographic art has in the past and will continue to do in the future.

      My photographs are not made to make any statement. If they do make a statement to you that's fine, because it came from your own thoughts and experiences and not from me trying to tell you something. I make these images because it pleases me, I simply enjoy the process and usually the results. All my black & white prints are processed by hand in my darkroom, the images that represent them on this site have been scanned from the actual prints and are not retouched. So what you see is essentially, what you get. I hope you will enjoy viewing these images and send me comments if you would like. Watch for more images, I will be rotating new photographs in as they are made and possibly creating a page to showcase some of my sculpture and paintings.
